5.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a Microsoft authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

5.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

6.1 Credit-Based System: The Service uses a credit-based system for AI generation. Credits are required for generating images, vectorization, and other AI-powered features.

6.2 Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans that provide monthly credit allocations. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

6.3 Credit Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased separately. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6.4 Credit Expiration: Credits included in subscription plans expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased credits may have different expiration terms as specified at the time of purchase.

6.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices or credit costs with reasonable notice. Changes will apply to future billing cycles.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate content that is defamatory or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service interruptions.

9.1 Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Konsept Design Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your IP: You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9.3 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

The Service relies on third-party services for AI generation, authentication, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konsept Design Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Konsept Design Limited harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
